*AZADI KA AMRIT MAHATSAV* is an Initiative of the government of India to celebrate & commemorate 75th years of INDEPENDENCE & the glorious history of it’s people, culture & achievement.
Students are the future who up on education will help in building our nation in right direction
So To unite in 75th year of Independence we jointly with *M.P.S POISAR Hindi U.P.school no.1 BMC school* carried out 4 days of celebration I.e. 12th to 15th August
*DAY 1*
we had conducted rally with patriotic theme where many students imaged as Mahatama Gandhi, Lokmanya Tilak, Baba Saheb Ambedkar. We as a club members also played as Savitribai phule ( club trainer & PP Ketal Tapiawala) Jhansi ki rani (Pres. Jigna Mistry) & enthusiastically support by sec. Jaynisha Sampat , Ruby Desai , PP Meena Kaku & Chetna Shinde.
And we donated 50 flags to students which is sponsored by our New member Chetna Shinde
We provide Halogen lights for decoration in school
*DAY 2*
Teachers & students arranged for rangoli competition at school. The opening ceremony was carried out by President Jigna Mistry & PP Priti Abhani was Judge to evaluate the best performer. This was also att. By V.P. Bhavna Kapadia, Sec. Jaynisha Sampat, Ruby Desai, Jayshree Masali & Chetna Vasani.
*DAY 3*
The flag hosting on this day by our V.P. Bhavna Kapadia & sec. Jaynisha Sampat & PP Priti Abhani attended the ceremony. The school had organized essay competition too.
*DAY 4 (15TH AUGUST)*
On the independence day the flag hosting was done by V.P.Bhavna Kapadia & sec. Jaynisha Sampat the ceremony was attended by PP Meena Kaku Manisha joshi & Asha Sanghavi
On this day we awarded with prizes to all the winner students from 4days competition. The students who were awarded in sports.
We also awarded with special recognition certificates by INNER WHEEL CLUB OF BORIVLI. Had independence celebration our V.P. Bhavna Kapadia distributed sweet among the students. Upon completion of flag hosting ceremony at BMC School our members V.P. Bhavna Kapadia, sec. Jaynisha Sampat, PP Ketal Tapiawala, PP Bela Desai, executive Member Ruma Desai, Purnima Thakkar, Ruby Desai, Renjini, Asha Sanghavi, Vanita Lalaji, Rizwana Kapoor, Arti Parekh, Khyati mistry, Manisha joshi, Chetna Vasani Joined for *Mega Eye Donation Awareness Car Rally* organized by Rotary club of Borivali Eye Bank jointly with INNER WHEEL CLUB OF BORIVLI the rally ended at the Bunglow of our new member *Chetna Shinde*
We proudly say that since last 75 years Chetna & Dr. Dharmaji Shinde home have been celebrating and flag hosting on independence day.
On behalf of INNER WHEEL CLUB OF BORIVLI As a chief guest our club *ZONE 3 coordinator & PP Sonal Chandarana* too perform flag hosting & she briefed about INNER WHEEL CLUB Activities at *Priyadarshini school* we donated one month travel expense for 10 students to the school.
