Our DC Mita Sheth, PDC Madhavi Bhabhi Pandya, Dist. IOS Mona Gyani, ZC Sonal Chandarana, Pres.Jigna Mistry,Sec. Jaynisha Sampat, Treasurer Sonal Davda first visited our project at Matoshri Jayaben Himmatlal Shah Caritable Trust Rambhaben Shah Dialysis Centre and our club sponsored Dialysis for the day which was co-ordinated by our Member Purnimaben Thakkar and Rtn. Mukeshbhai Thakkar.
We visited Shree Gujrati Seva Mandal’s Jyoti Dalal Medical Centre and Rtn Mukeshbhai Thakkar along with all trustees were present and they showed us the premises very well equipped with all the latest equipment’s. For Chemotherapy 15% discount will be given as IWCB has sponsored it. And they have offered us for our house maids, watchmen, cook, etc. some medical test at a very reasonable cost which will be shared shortly.
ECM started as per Agenda and she verified all the committee members’ files and registers and complimented every one for maintaining the same as per the protocol. Advised everyone to go paperless and use minimum prints.
A close meeting with Committee and Executive Committee members was held by DC for further working of the club and involving every member in activity.
DC Mita Sheth was welcomed by our 3 Past Presidents Hemal Panchal, Priti Abhani, Surekha Punmiya and 3 members Jalpa Shah, Jalpa Rawal and Neshula Burman by marching on patriotic song sung by PP Meena Kaku.
As per the 3rd GBM Agenda meeting was conducted all the details were provided to all the members. 4 new members were inducted. Bulletin of our club was released by DC and she complimented CC Beejal Desai for making it in an innovative manner.
DC Remarks, All the records are maintained well and all the committee members are working well on their position. She described all the district and associations projects.
Dist. ISO Mona Gyani has organised Dupatta making competition for that plz request everyone to part in the same.
