Water Cooler Inauguration & Student Support Initiative | Inner Wheel Club of Borivli
On 25 June 2023, Inner Wheel Club of Borivli successfully carried out a meaningful community service initiative with the inauguration of a water cooler at Dahanu Ashram School. This generous donation was made by Vijaybhai Sanghvi in loving memory of his late mother, Jyotsanaben Mahasukhlal Sanghvi, reflecting a heartfelt tribute through service to society.
The inauguration was graced by the presence of Vijaybhai’s family members, including Pradipbhai and Shivam, who joined the event and supported this noble cause. The initiative aimed to provide students with access to clean and cool drinking water, ensuring their comfort and well-being, especially during hot weather conditions.
The club extends sincere gratitude to all members who actively participated in this project, including PP Hemlata Panchal, PP Bela Desai, Executive Member Sarita Gujarati, Bhairavi Desai, Asha Sanghavi, and Vidyottama Sharma. Their dedication and teamwork contributed significantly to the success of the initiative.
Special appreciation is also extended to Sanjaybhai Mistry and Hetalbhai Desai, along with their partners, for accompanying and supporting the project.
Adding to the joy of the day, a group of past presidents generously donated snacks for the children at the school. Contributions from PP Rekha Kinariwala, PP Hemlata Panchal, PP Sonal Chandarana, and PP Meena Kaku brought smiles and happiness to the students, making the event even more memorable.
The day was filled with warmth, fellowship, and celebration, as members enjoyed a fun journey together, engaging in activities like Antakshari and sharing delicious refreshments.
Seeing the happiness and smiles on the children’s faces was truly rewarding and reaffirmed the club’s commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
