On 02 October 2022, the Inner Wheel Club of Borivli organized a compassionate initiative by providing lunch to 30 children residing in the Eksar Dongri slum. The meal was generously donated by Atulbhai, the neighbor of Chhayaben, with an expense of ₹2,500, ensuring the children enjoyed a nutritious and fulfilling meal.
Along with the lunch, malas and hair bands were gifted to nine girls, adding a personal touch and bringing smiles to their faces. The project was efficiently carried out by Chhayaben Wani and Past President Hemlataben Panchal, who ensured smooth execution and engagement with the children.
This initiative reflects the Inner Wheel Club of Borivli’s commitment to child welfare, community support, and spreading joy among underprivileged children, highlighting the importance of small acts of kindness in improving the lives of those in need.
