On 09 October 2022, the Inner Wheel Club of Borivli carried out two impactful charitable projects, supporting families affected by cancer and contributing to healthcare initiatives.
1) H2H Foundation – Cancer Relief
As a Silver Donor with H2H Foundation, our club donated groceries, Diwali snacks, and sweets to 200 families, spreading joy and support during the festive season. The project was made possible with the generous contributions and support of Mona Shah, Beena Sheth, Rtn. Vikram Shah, and Rtn. Rakesh Sheth.
2) Donation to Jeevan Jyot – Tata Memorial Hospital
The second initiative involved donating old clothes, utensils, and unused items to Jeevan Jyot, a part of Tata Memorial Hospital, benefiting patients and families in need. The collection and donation were organized by PP Meena Kaku, with Secretary Jaynisha Sampat and PP Meena Kaku present at the time of donation.
These initiatives reflect the Inner Wheel Club of Borivli’s dedication to supporting healthcare, cancer relief, and community welfare, demonstrating how collaborative efforts can make a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.
