On 03 July 2022, the Inner Wheel Club of Borivli carried out a meaningful educational initiative highlighting the importance of books and learning in shaping young minds. Books and education play a vital role in spreading knowledge and empowering individuals. While it may not be possible to help everyone at once, donating textbooks and reference books is a powerful way to support underprivileged students and create a long-lasting impact. As rightly said, knowledge shared is knowledge squared, and books are the most effective medium to achieve this.

The day began on a joyful and purposeful note by celebrating the birthday of Parth Parekh, son of Mrs. Suvarna Parekh, in a truly noble way. To mark the occasion, long books were donated to needy students of Standards IX and X at BMC School, Babhai Naka. Through this thoughtful gesture, Parth exemplified the belief that true happiness comes from doing good for others. This initiative was carried out jointly with the Inner Wheel Club of Borivli and Vibrant E Technologies, making the celebration even more meaningful.

Following the book distribution, Parth’s birthday was celebrated with a cake-cutting ceremony in the presence of President Jigna Mistry, Past President Meena Kaku, Chhayaben Vani, Asha Sanghavi, Mona Joshi, Tejal Mehta, Sonal Davda, Suvarna Parekh, Chetnaben Vasani, New Generation President Devanshi Parekh, and Sneha. The atmosphere was filled with joy, gratitude, and a shared sense of purpose.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Parth Parekh and Vibrant E Technologies for generously sponsoring the books, and a special note of appreciation to Mona Joshi for identifying the deserving beneficiaries at the school. This initiative beautifully reflected the Inner Wheel spirit of service, compassion, and commitment to education, leaving a positive and lasting impact on young students’ lives.
